Dua Lipa will have a role in Barbie, the highly anticipated film by Greta Gerwig, in which the singer will play a mermaid doll alongside an all-star cast.
The news was broken with a series of colorful individual posters for each cast member. Dua Lipa’s poster shows her posing in a bright blue wig and matching seashell bra against a shimmering purple background.
As for the rumors that Dua Lipa will contribute music to the Barbie soundtrack, that is still unclear. Confirmation will come no later than July 21, when the film hits theaters.
