New research from the European Society of Lifestyle Medicine reveals that people who go out at least once a week show stronger cardiovascular health, lower cortisol levels, and better mood regulation.

Participants who dance regularly had 21% better heart rate variability and lower stress markers, both signs of a longer, healthier life.

The combination of physical activity, social connection, and rhythmic music was found to increase serotonin and dopamine, chemicals that help combat anxiety and aging.

Dancing freely is therefore one of the healthiest habits there is.
