Farewell to Bryan Wilson. He was 82. One of the greats. In his heyday with The Beach Boys, Brian Wilson went through stages like a painter. First, he created a handful of beach classics. Then, he expanded his artistic possibilities by recording vibrant symphonies, and then he ventured into the unknown, releasing works so ambitious that even he couldn’t fully grasp them.
