New documents provide insight into Jennifer Lopez’s decision to file for divorce from Ben Affleck after two years of marriage.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Jennifer Lopez reportedly stated that the reason for her split from her ex was irreconcilable differences, which occurred on April 26.
Additionally, the documents showed that Jennifer was requesting a name change to remove the Affleck surname after adopting it when they initially married in July 2022. She asked a judge to change her name from Jennifer Lynn Affleck to Jennifer Lynn Lopez.
