The Belgian star holds onto the title for the seventh consecutive year

Holding onto the title for the title for the seventh consecutive year, and taking the No.6 spot in the poll overall, the Belgian star has continued to cement her place at the forefront of global techno over the past year, with her KNTXT label, productions and live shows all moving into new territory.

Alongside releases including the ‘Amor’ EP and ‘A Prayer For The Dancefloor’ / ‘Malina’, de Witte has introduced The Resistance, a new live audiovisual project that launched over the summer at [UNVRS] Ibiza. An “XXL” version followed at Belgium’s Rock Werchter festival, where the show drew a crowd of more than 40,000 people.

More than a live show, The Resistance is rooted in de Witte’s connection to underground club culture and has since expanded into a four-track EP featuring Theo Nasa and XSALT. All proceeds from the release are being donated to the Nighttime Foundation, which supports grassroots nightlife communities and works to protect nightlife as a cultural space.

The results of the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs 2026 were revealed on Tuesday 6th October as part of the DJ Mag LIVE event at [UNVRS] Ibiza.

Alongside a headline performance from David Guetta, who claimed The World’s No.1 DJ title for a record-breaking sixth time, the night also featured sets from Lost Frequencies, Charlotte de Witte, Anyma, GORDO B2B Vintage Culture, ANASTAZJA and Korolova.

Returning for Top 100 DJs 2026, DJ Mag partnered with Bridges for Music to launch a dedicated fundraising campaign aimed at empowering young people through music. Every artist in the 2026 poll was invited to celebrate their inclusion by sponsoring the education of at least one young person from an under-served community at the Bridges for Music Academy in Langa, South Africa.
