Available to buy from next month, tickets for next year’s post-fallow Glastonbury festival – which takes place from Wednesday 23rd June through to Sunday 27th June – will set you back £408, having gone up in price from £378.50 in 2025.
Tickets bundled with coach journeys will be available from 6PM BST on Thursday 1st October, followed by standard tickets on the 4th.
This is the first time Glastonbury festival passes have surpassed the £400 mark. As the BBC reports, UK festival ticket prices have been steadily rising over the past decade, with Glastonbury tickets priced around £85 more in 2025 than 2013 – a 30% increase.
As the Glastonbury website explains, the ticket price (which includes a £5 booking fee) gives you access to “4,000 performances across more than 100 stages and five nights camping” and other services. Ticket funds also go towards supporting Oxfam, Greenpeace, WaterAid and other charitable organisations.
Glastonbury 2025 saw sets from Charli XCX, The Prodigy, Overmono, Floating Points, Four Tet, Caribou, Maribou State, Gary Numan and many, many more. The festival was ranked No.9 in our Top 100 Festivals poll 2026.
Meanwhile, Orbital’s era-defining 1994 Glastonbury closing set on the NME Stage – which a then 14-year-old Emily Eavis called “the start of something new” – is getting its first official vinyl and digital release via London Records later this month.
