This singer-songwriter from Bogotá, with over a decade of independent experience, has taken her music to international stages, participated in MTV productions, and built a constantly evolving career within the alternative scene.
With a sound that fuses the power of classic rock with contemporary nuances, Daniella De Luca has established herself as one of the most consistent independent voices in Colombian rock-pop. Her artistic style, characterized by a retro aesthetic, an irreverent attitude, and honest storytelling, reflects more than ten years of sustained musical development.
From the beginning, De Luca has pursued her career independently, focusing on her own artistic vision, which has evolved alongside her personal and creative growth. This path led her to release her album Colapso Mental and several singles, establishing herself within a scene that demands authenticity and longevity.
One of the most significant milestones in her career occurred when her songs “Vale Q” and “Mejor Sola” were licensed for the acclaimed MTV series Catfish in 2014, achieving early international exposure. This was further boosted by her participation in a nationally broadcast reality show in 2017, which significantly expanded her visibility in Colombia and Latin America.
Her global reach was solidified in 2018 when she was officially invited by the Chinese government to the International Youth Music Festival in Chengdu, where she represented Colombia as an independent artist, performing on an international stage with her own unique style.
In recent years, her career has continued to rise. In 2022, she won the “Warrior Songs” grant from the Bogotá District Secretariat, which allowed her to perform at the Sonora Festival with a show focused on empowerment and emotional exploration. Her music, far removed from conventional discourses, addresses self-love from a place of vulnerability and honesty, making it a central narrative element of her work.
De Luca has also maintained a consistent presence on stages and at festivals such as Feria Eva, Vino al Parque, and the Sonora Festival, in addition to performances at iconic Bogotá venues like Hard Rock Café and Smoking Molly, as well as numerous showcases on the live music circuit.
In her most recent phase, the artist has expanded her international reach with collaborations such as “Mi Lugar Feliz” with Mexican artist Vitálico and Esteban Gómez-González, strengthening her connection with the Latin American music scene. This process coincides with a new creative phase, marked by releases such as Abismo and Algo (Celos) in 2024, and Aquí in 2025, a ballad that represents an artistic and emotional closure.

Currently, Daniella De Luca continues to expand her career from a global perspective, combining songwriting, music production, and live performances. As part of this expansion, she will participate in international performances alongside artists from the Latin music scene, solidifying her presence outside of Colombia.
With a career that includes international achievements, institutional recognition, and a coherent artistic narrative, Daniella De Luca represents a new generation of independent Colombian artists who transcend borders through authenticity.
