This year, the 24-year-old Colombian singer has two projects slated for submission to the 27th Latin Grammy Awards. They are two Extended Plays (EPs) that explore two different but coherent musical styles: Urban and Regional Mexican.

The first is the deluxe version of his urban album “Porque no Dancehall?” which blends Reggaeton, Rap, Hip-Hop, Dancehall, and Pop.
The second project is a collection of tracks in the “Trap/Tumbao” genre, the first single of which is “Pétalos.”
Ablack’s songs reflect the current pulse of young Latin Americans, blending global sounds and rhythms into a unique and electrifying fusion of Urban Latin, Trap, Reggaeton, Regional Mexican, R&B, Rap, and Dance.
Ablack is one of the youngest voting members accepted by the Latin Recording Academy (L.A.R.A.S.), the organization that has presented the Latin Grammy Awards for 27 years.
