They undoubtedly possess a highly exquisite and beautiful musical repertoire, and the song they present alongside El Combo de las Estrellas is SIEMPRE ESTOY PENSANDO EN ELLA (I’m Always Thinking of Her). This song was written by the Argentinian LEO DAN.

Los Hermanos Medina is one of the most representative groups of Colombian cumbia and a source of musical pride for the Cauca region and the entire country. Their story begins in 1990, when they gave their first public performance in Bolívar, Cauca, under the guidance of their father, Don Ángel Medina, and with the support of their mother, Doña Lili Ismenia Burbano. Since then, they have built an artistic identity based on tradition, feeling, and a connection with their audience.
In 2025, the group achieved one of its greatest recent successes with “Ya no queda nada” (Nothing Left), an anthem that resonated strongly in many regions of the country.
This version achieves a vibrant fusion between the musical and interpretive style of the Hermanos Medina and the unmistakable sound of Combo de las Estrellas, creating a fresh, danceable, and emotionally charged offering.
