Rod Stewart, 80, is one of several artists performing at this year’s American Music Awards who are over 50. Others include host Jennifer Lopez, 55; Gwen Stefani, also 55; Janet Jackson, 59; and Gloria Estefan, 67.
The 51st annual American Music Awards will broadcast live coast-to-coast on May 26 on CBS and will be streamed on Paramount+ in the US.
Kendrick Lamar leads this year’s nominations with 10 nominations, followed by Post Malone with eight, and Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, and Shaboozey with seven each.
