Billboard’s inaugural Hot Dance/Pop Songs chart officially kicked off this week with Tate McRae’s “It’s Ok I’m Ok” at No. 1.
The 15-spot chart ranks the biggest dance/pop hits of today.
These songs must feature dance-focused vocals, melodies and choruses from artists who do not have roots in the dance/electronic genre.
The songs on the Hot Dance/Pop Songs are ranked by their activity on streaming platforms, their performance on radio and sales data (downloads).
