The Odisea Flow Festival, the most ambitious urban event of the end of the year in Colombia, has confirmed new stars, with only one last name missing, which will be revealed soon according to a press release.
The festival, which will take place on December 29th in the midst of the celebrations of the famous Feria de Cali, is expected to attract some 40,000 people at the Pascual Guerrero stadium, home of the renowned American football team.
Here are the guests of the Odisea Flow Festival 2024:
YANDEL – Former member of Wisin y Yandel. He has had 42 hits on the Hot Latin Songs, including “Encantadora” (#3), “El Perdedor” with Maluma (#4), “Hable de Ti” (#5), “Yandel 150” with Feid (#6), “Amor Real” with Gocho and Wayner Wonder (#6), “Como Antes” with Wisin (#7) and the super collaboration “Bonita” (#8) with J Balvin, Jowell & Randy, Wisin, Nicky Jam and Ozuna.
ZION – Former member of Zion & Lennox. In June 2007, he released his first solo album, titled “The Perfect Melody”, with three singles “Fantasma”, “The Way She Moves” and “Zun da da”. The album was certified platinum in Latin America for sales of 100,000 copies and was nominated in the category of urban album of the year at the Premio Lo Nuestro. Fans remember him for his extraordinary collaboration “Noche de Entierro,” #6 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs, alongside Los Benjamins, Wisin & Yandel, Daddy Yankee and Hector “El Father” in 2006. His most recent hit on the list was in 2022, “Malo,” with Anuel and Randy.
RYAN CASTRO Ryan Castro joined forces with Blessd to present their joint tour in the United States, the “Bendito Ghetto! Tour.” The 16-date tour, named after the pair’s respective nicknames (“El Bendito” by Blessd and “El Cantante del Ghetto” by Castro), kicked off on October 31 in San Jose, California, and will conclude in Atlanta on December 1, with stops in major cities including Los Angeles and Miami. Recently Ryan Castro and Nike teamed up for a new collaboration: Nike by Ryan Castro. The collection includes custom designs by “El Cantante del Ghetto” of t-shirts, jackets and lace-up shoes and accessories from unique labels.
ÑEJO Former member of the legendary duo Ñejo & Dañmata. In 2019, he released his first EP titled “Lola’s Food” and a compilation album, “Objetos Perdidos.” His song “Mi ex” with Nicky Jam, reached #45 on the Hot Latin Songs. In 2020, he participated in the single “FERXXO X ÑEJO” with Feid for his mixtape “Bahía Ducati”. His Their biggest hits on the Hot Latin Songs have been “No Quiere Novio,” #31 in 2006, and “Algo Musical” with Dalmata, #30 in 2008. Their “Escapate Conmigo” remix with Wolfine has nearly 300 million streams. on Spotify.
ALEXIS & FIDO Raúl Ortiz and Joel Martínez form Alexis y Fido, a duo that has been active since the early 2000s. Known for hits like “5 Letras,” “Mala Conducta,” and “Soy Igual Que Tú,” Alexis & Fido earned their first Billboard chart entry in 2005 with their debut album “The Pitbulls,” which peaked at #4 on the Top Latin Albums. Ortiz and Martínez met as teenagers during the 1990s when they competed in rap battles in their neighborhoods. Most recently, the duo released an album titled “Barrio Canino” in 2021 and was featured on Rauw Alejandro’s 2024 album “Cosa Nuestra” on the song “Baja Pa’ Aca.”
KAPO With two simultaneous viral hits out of his belt right now, “Ohnana” and “UWAIE,” Kapo is at his best. The new Colombian star has been working hard in the industry for 15 years. In fact, his first introduction to music was at the age of 12, with musica popular (the Colombian version of regional Mexican music). “I lived in a gas station in a small town called El Cabuyal, Colombia, where that was the only kind of music that was heard,” he told Billboard. “I would sing in the little shops and parking lots near the truck stop, that’s how I debuted, and people would give me coins. I wanted to become a global artist.” In 2019, he signed a record deal with La Industria, Inc., home of Nicky Jam and Manuel Turizo and released songs like “Pelinegra” with Nánpa Basico and “Bulevar” with Esteban Rojas and Pirlo, which gained popularity locally. “Ohnana,” which was released in June, was born during a music camp where he teamed up with dancehall artist Lion Fiyah and Colombian hitmaker Gangsta. ‘Ohnana’ means trust that everything will be okay”.
PIRLO With a growing career and great international potential, Pirlo is making his mark and has shown that through his talent from the neighborhood, dreams can come true. After several years of trying, of having a not-so-easy life, his young musical career already has great collaborations with artists such as Akapellah, Kapo, Totoy El Frío, Kris R, Blessd and Feid.
