Diomar Garcia Eventos by Diomar Garcia was chosen as one of the five most important international concert promotion companies in the world according to Billboard’s 2024 Touring Power Players edition.
The company’s CEO, Diomar Garcia, who was born on the
border with Venezuela is the man behind the highest-grossing tours and concerts of recent years in Colombia. The extensive list includes shows by Karol G, Silvestre Dangond, La Feria de las Flores de Medellin, Blessd, Carlos Vives, Mike Towers, Morat, Young Miko and many more.
On Billboard’s list of the five international promoters of Touring Power Players 2024, Diomar Garcia Eventos shares honors with superbrands AEG presents, the company that has Taylor Swift’s tour and the Coachella festival); FKP Scorpio, the leading company in Europe that manages the markets of England, Germany, Norway, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Austria and Poland; Fenix Entertainment from Argentina and Bizarro Live Entertainment, a company that operates in Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Ecuador.
Only one other Colombian brand, CMN from Henry Cardenas, is part of the ranking that Billboard carries out annually where it analyzes the live music business on the planet.
