Rihanna is the new queen of Dior.
On Sunday, Rihanna (36) was unveiled as the face of Dior’s J’Adore fragrance in a dazzling video directed by Steven Klein. She replaces longtime spokesperson Charlize Theron.
With her 2016 hit song “Love on the Brain” as the soundtrack, the minute-long promotional video shows Rihanna gracing the halls of the Palace of Versailles in France wearing a gorgeous, glittering gold dress before appearing to walk on water in heels.
“Make your dreams come true,” Rihanna tells the camera at the end of the video.
Rihanna, who was announced as the face of J’Adore earlier this summer, has a long relationship with Dior. She has been spotted at several of the brand’s fashion shows. Rihanna became Dior’s first black ambassador in 2015.
The Dior brand’s feminine fragrance balances floral and fruity with fragrant notes of ylang-ylang, Turkish Damask rose, jasmine grandiflorum and Indian jasmine sambac.
