“It’s been a rough week. I know I’m hard to love sometimes. We’ve been through ups and downs, lefts and rights together… but you’re here and I’m here, and nothing can change this moment right now.”

Timberlake was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in Sag Harbor, New York and arraigned on a “driving while intoxicated” charge the next day.

According to a statement released by the Police Department, the arrest occurred when he was observed driving a 2025 BMW without stopping at a stop sign.

“It was determined that the defendant was operating said vehicle while intoxicated, as his eyes were bloodshot and glassy. A strong odor of alcohol emanated from his breath, he was unable to focus his attention, his speech was slower, his gait was unsteady, and he failed all standardized field sobriety tests.”

Timberlake’s next court hearing is scheduled for July 26, the same day he is scheduled to perform at the Tauron Arena in Krakow, Poland.
