The Latin Recording Academy and the Regional Government of Andalucia will continue their celebration of Latin music in Andalucia, Spain, with two concerts that are part of the calendar of events that will extend until 2025.
The Latin Recording Academy, in collaboration with the Junta de Andalucia, has announced the calendar of events that will take place in the Community of Andalucia this 2024. Cádiz and Málaga are the cities chosen to host two major events this year. Both will host two concerts, co-financed by the Junta de Andalucia, which will offer unique and exceptional musical experiences that will continue to advance the culture of Andalucia around the world.
Cádiz will be the starting point of this year’s calendar of activities with the event “Latin GRAMMY Celebrates: Paco de Lucía”, a tribute to the artist that will take place on April 13 at the Gran Teatro Falla. It will then be followed on May 16 with a second show at La Plaza de Toros La Malagueta in Malaga.
Last year, the Latin Recording Academy and the Junta de Andalucia held shows dedicated to flamenco and urban music that took place in Granada and Malaga respectively; and Latin GRAMMY Week, held in Sevilla in November, which culminated with the celebration, for the first time outside the United States, of the 24th Latin GRAMMY edition.
