A shooting that took place last Saturday night (June 17) at the Beyond Wonderland festival at The George Amphitheater, Washington, left two people dead and three others injured.
The incident occurred on the first day of the two-day event, around 8:30 p.m. local time when a gunman opened fire at the festival camping area. Two people died and three others were injured before the gunman was apprehended by authorities.
The festival continued that same night during and after the incident.
The second day of the festival was canceled after the shooting.
