ABOUT MICHELLE GALVIS, THE PRINCESS OF POPULAR MUSIC
Michelle was born in Hackensack, New Jersey, in 2006 to Colombian parents. She began displaying her talent at the age of seven, and is a member of the Student Honor Society and Music Honor Society, Michelle sang the US National Anthem at her Virtual Eighth Grade graduation.
In 2013, Michelle debuted on the reality show “La Academia Kids Lala” in Mexico City. In 2014 and 2016, she participated in La Voz Kids on Telemundo Channel 47. In 2015, she released her first single called “Naci Lista”.
Michelle has participated in United Nations, federal, state and local events. She consistently receives awards and recognition from government, community, and civic entities and dignitaries. Michelle believes that one of the most important events in her life at the moment is having won first place at the INTERNATIONAL HISPANIC SONG FESTIVAL in Washington DC, she also took first place at the “AMATEUR NIGHT” Show in the APOLLO theater in New York, in 2018 and 2019.
Michelle has been the first place winner at the NJPAC in the Junior Category of the Voice of Celia Cruz in the years 2017, 2019, and 2021. Michelle released her first CD “La niña revelación Popular” recorded in Medellín, Colombia, in collaboration with some members of El Combo de las Estrellas.
In June 2019, he traveled to Medellin, Colombia where he made his great presentation at the “Icon Awards”, and in November of the same year, he traveled to Los Angeles, California on behalf of Hackensack NJ, for the television program “I have a lot of talent” where he was among the 5 Finalists of the season.
In June 2020 she was named Youth Queen of the VIP Awards, in the state of New York, in 2022 she has received awards, such as Latin Fame Awards, Viva La Juventud, Urban Awards as Youth Artist of the Year, in AR Global Production Latin Awards VIP.
In 2021 she had the honor of singing the US National Anthem at Red Bull Stadium, she also traveled to Uruguay and Brazil as a guest artist from the US for the Punta Del Este Song Festival. Michelle had the opportunity to open the concert for artists such as Myrian Hernandez, Paola Jara, Jessi Uribe, Jorge Celedon, Francy, Yeison Jimenez, Luis Alberto Posada, the Binomio de Oro, among others.
In 2022 she won first place in the Child Stars of Tomorrow category on the Amateur Night show. She received the recognition of International Youth Artist 2022 at the emerging awards in Medellín Colombia, and also competed in said awards, and won first place.
