New Music: “Yo Debi Enamorarme de tu Madre”, Fernando Gil
FERNANDO GIL, the gentleman of popular music from Colombia filled with new musical airs with this great success by the unforgettable José Alfredo Jiménez, “Yo Debi Enamorarme de tu Madre”. It premiered today February 2 in all media and digital platforms.
Fernando Gil, who had already accompanied the musical project “Triunfadores de la Música Popular” in its first version with the song “Una lágrima y un recuerdo” that he recorded as a duet with the group Miramar de México led by José Barete, will be in the second edition of this album from the Colombian record company Codiscos and this time, he does it with the song “I should have fallen in love with your mother”.
The official video was recorded in the city of Medellín on the terrace of the hotel The Somos and Mosquito Bar in El Poblado.
THE NEW ALBUM
Fernando Gil is currently in the recording studio finalizing details of his next EP with songs of his own to continue making his audience fall in love with him as he has done before with his compositions such as: “Una Fantasía” y “Quiero decirte”among others and that will be part of his third record album “De Mi Coleccion Personal” where songs of his authorship in Colombian fusions and new rhythms of Colombian popular regional music will be heard.
